Mindfulness Workshop – Coming Soon!
The mindfulness workshop is an hour and a half monthly workshop for adolescents and young adults that are ages 14-21. The workshop focuses on Mindfulness Tools and Techniques, public Speaking/ test anxiety, and future planning.
The parenting workshop is a five-session weekly series.
Each hour-long session will include brain-based and attachment-based strategies for parents to develop the meaningful connections and nurturing conditions that promote the growth and development of their children.
