I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the states of North Carolina and Virginia. I received my Masters of Arts at Lenoir Rhyne University in Asheville.
I work with children, pre-teens, teens, young adults and their families as they navigate complex emotional experiences, peer relationships, school difficulties, and challenges at home. For young people on the autism spectrum, I offer tailored support that respects their unique ways of thinking and processing the world. Together, we build tools for emotional regulation, social connection, and self-confidence.
I can be especially helpful in healing from traumatic experiences and attachment wounds as my specialties include EMDR, brainspotting, theraplay, and compassion focused therapy.
