I help teens and adults looking to process trauma, general and social anxiety, depression, grief and/or relationships. Through my education and experience, I found myself drawn to working with individuals with trauma within the realms of family, attachment and religious trauma. I view the therapeutic relationship as collaborative, and I believe you are the expert of yourself. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard and understood.
Some of my training includes: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Motivational Interviewing. I utilize interventions from various modalities including Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Attachment Based Therapy.
