I am particularly passionate about making sure that your young reader gets the instruction they need to not only be able to read confidently, but to curate a love of reading that will pay off for a lifetime. Reading instruction shouldn’t be quiet or boring—We will use a multi-sensory approach to engage and delight students to keep them excited and looking forward to coming back for the next lesson. Through individual lessons or small group lessons, your student will get what is hard to come by in a typical classroom setting—personalized lessons that target their specific areas of need, as well as content tailored to their interests. Family involvement is strongly correlated to student success, and I’m happy to provide tools and tips to keep the learning going after the session ends and I will work keep guardians fully informed every step of the way.
