About Me
My goal is to support you in making sense of where you’ve been, where you are, and where you’re going next. I specialize in working with older adults who are navigating life transitions, grief and loss, and questions of identity and meaning. These moments—whether expected or unexpected—can bring both challenges and opportunities for deeper understanding and growth.
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, I approach this work with deep respect for the complexity of each person’s life story and the resilience that has carried you thus far.
How I Work
My work is grounded in a relational and psychodynamic perspective, which means we pay attention not only to what is happening in your life now, but also to how past experiences, relationships, and patterns may be shaping your present. I believe that healing happens within safe, authentic relationships—and that the connection we build together can be a powerful part of that process.
Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and paced with care. Together, we may explore emotions, memories, and relational patterns, while also making space for curiosity, compassion, and new ways of understanding yourself.
Therapeutic Approach
I aim to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. In our work, we will gently explore themes of loss, change, identity, and connection—especially as they arise during major life transitions.
This process may involve sitting with difficult emotions, reflecting on meaningful relationships, and uncovering patterns that no longer serve you. At the same time, we will work toward strengthening your sense of self, deepening self-awareness, and fostering a more grounded and integrated way of being.
Why I Do This
I believe that every stage of life holds the potential for reflection, healing, and transformation. Even in times of loss or uncertainty, there is space for meaning to emerge and for a renewed sense of self to take shape.
It is a privilege to walk alongside people as they navigate these deeply human experiences. If you are seeking a thoughtful, compassionate space to explore your life, your relationships, and your evolving identity, I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
