I am a pediatric occupational therapist with over six years of experience supporting infants through young adults across clinic, school, and home settings. I am passionate about working collaboratively with families and believe each member plays an important role in helping a child grow into their most confident and authentic self.
When caregivers feel supported and confident, children thrive. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and relationship-driven, with a strong focus on sensory processing, self-regulation, motor development, feeding support, and meaningful participation in daily routines.
I am certified in the AEIOU Feeding Approach®, which guides my work with sensitive eaters and children experiencing feeding challenges in a responsive, developmentally informed way. I enjoy helping children expand their comfort with food while supporting families in building positive, low-stress mealtime experiences.
I have completed Pelvic Floor training and am also a certified yoga teacher. I incorporate this knowledge when supporting body awareness, sensory integration, toileting challenges, and interoceptive development within a whole-child framework.
My goal is always to help children feel capable and understood, and to help families feel truly supported. I look forward to working together to create thoughtful, individualized plans that help your child thrive.
