Hello! I am currently pursuing a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at
Lenoir- Rhyne University in Asheville. I have over seven years of experience working
with children and teens. My professional experience has involved providing emotional
and academic support in school settings and accommodating the needs of children from
infancy through age 18 in the camp setting.

I meet clients where they are and collaborate with them to establish goals and
strategies that align with their values, personality, and preferences. My approach is
strengths-based and focused on fostering a safe, supportive relationship. I offer
therapeutic support to children, tweens, and teens ages 4-18 experiencing symptoms of
anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, social difficulties, and emotional
dysregulation. I also work with adults navigating life transitions and day-to-day
stressors. I’m passionate about incorporating play, curiosity, and creativity into my work.
