I currently hold a BA in education and I am a licensed teacher in the state of North Carolina. Throughout my career, I have focused on working with exceptional children. In addition, I am a certified personal development coach. I have over ten years working with young children, adolescents, and adults who identify as neurodiverse as well as their families.
Coaching is a present moment-based practice that creates growth. I guide individuals to create new habits that are realistic and functional. In my practice, I specialize in working with individuals who identify as neurodivergent (Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Dyslexia, or anyone who sees the world a little differently). I also have years of experience in guiding parents through this challenging/rewarding journey. I have received training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Love and Logic, behavior modification, TEACCH, and ABA therapy. My purpose is to help underrepresented members of our community feel seen and provide a space for growth. I help individuals and families regulate their nervous systems and gain coping skills in order to create new habits.
